LFIT Massage Therapy is a Facial release technique created to target imbalances causing tight muscles/trigger points and to relax muscles and activate weak muscles. Massage Therapy is meant to relieve tension, improve circulation, inflammation and lymphatic drainage. Depending on ones' everyday chores, jobs, posture, genetics, lifestyle etc, the body can respond in many ways. LFIT Treatments are meant to restore balance within the fascia, joints and soft tissues. LFIT Remedial Exercise is very important to maintain a stable body and the gaol is to bulletproof your joints and body. When combining all 8 Pillars of wellness, spirituality might be the most individualized. Most people want a meaningful existence. Meeting these aims brings harmony to one's life and those around them.
1. Discover yourself spiritually. By studying your spiritual core, you ask yourself about your identity and meaning. Ask yourself: Who am I? My purpose? What matters most? These questions can help you think deeper about yourself and find things that will make you happy.
2. Find deeper meanings. Finding deeper meanings and examining patterns will show you that you control your future. Being aware of this can improve your health and happiness.
3. Remove it. Expressing your thoughts helps you focus. After a long day or important occasion, you may be disoriented and unable to express yourself. Writing down your thoughts may help you clarify and move forward.
4. Try yoga. Yoga can promote spiritual health by lowering mental and physical stress. All levels of yoga can relieve stress, enhance the immune system, lower blood pressure, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, and sleeplessness. Campus Recreation and Health Promotion and Wellness' Lifestyle Enhancement Program offer yoga courses to professors and staff.
5. Travel. So true! Traveling to a familiar or unfamiliar environment can refresh your thinking. You will feel more connected to yourself when your mind can block out distractions and help you rest and contemplate. This helps you eliminate stress and focus on wellness. Vacation activities include exercising, talking to a counselor or advisor, meditating, or taking a vow of silence.
6. Think positive. Once you start seeing things in a good light, you'll think differently and focus on happiness and health. You'll feel more calm when you eliminate negativity and reframe situations.
7. Meditate. Spending time with oneself is important, even though managing time and tasks is difficult. Take five to 10 minutes to meditate each day—in the morning, around lunch, or before bed. Meditation and relaxation will clear your thoughts and strengthen your spirituality.
