Introducing LFIT Wellness Centre's newest addition to the business...LFIT Spa! Come join us so we can introduce to you all that we have to offer: Hydrotherapy (far-infrared sauna and Steam Shower), Spa body treatments, Spa facials, Non-surgical face lift with microcurrent, Anti-aging treatments and products, relaxation massage and Energy work, personal training, power plate training sessions and personal yoga classes.
