Grace Kim



A clinical Registered Massage Therapist from College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and Kinesiologist, Grace has created her own technique called Lotus Functional Integration Technique that releases Fascia of the muscles. LFIT than activates and strengthens the stability muscles and stretch the large muscle groups to give more tensegrity to the joints.  Grace Owns LFIT Wellness Centre, recently sold her ladies fitness gym and is now training for the GNC/Allmax Fouad Abiad Natural Championships 2020 in the Fitness Model category. 


Grace suffered a couple of health issues early in her life making her interested in health and wellness. She studied Integrative Medicine with Dr. George Grant with the International Academy of Wellness and studied with renowned researchers and Doctors such as Paul Oakley and Stephanie Chaney.  Abiding by strict rules in diet and exercise she no longer has Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder.  She has made it her life mission to help others obtain optimal health.


Grace’s accomplishments in life are her two children; her Wellness centre and practice, patented massage technique, workout videos, patented side-lying Pillow, Women’s Leadership and personal development. 

Grace provides a unique Massage Therapy Service, LFIT Fascia Release Technique (Lotus Functional Integration Technique), Proper Remedial Exercise Techniques, and information to help manage pain.  Grace is also a Bio Scan SRT practitioner with IHT.  She is a Certified Life, Health And Relationship Coach, Wellness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Zumba instructor and specializes in rehabilitation.  Grace has written her own Health and Wellness Handbook on Clean Eating for Beginners, which talks about food and how to begin eating healthy.  She does Clean Eating Workshops, food preparation, diet plans, weight loss, and motivation.

Grace is a student of the World Organization of Natural Medicine and Board of International Medicine, Academy of Wellness in the Integrative Medicine PhD program.  Grace wants to expand her health and wellness business on social media to get more followers to help manage pain using a holistic approach and reaching more people in the world.
