As a Master Trainer, Aesthetic and SPMU Instructor, Wellness Strategist, and Life Coach, my work is guided by a deep belief in transformation through education, empowerment, and elevated standards of care. With an academic foundation from the Toronto School of Aesthetics in Canada and advanced clinical certifications through ISAA Training in the United States, my journey in the wellness and beauty industry has been underpinned by both rigorous discipline and a deep human connection to healing and transformation.

My professional identity is defined by the fusion of aesthetic expertise, business strategy, and client-centred leadership. I began my career in the automotive sector, advancing through roles in reception, finance, subprime retail, and ultimately into high performance service advising working with renowned brands such as Mazda, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, BMW, and Acura. In each position, I was recognized not only for operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration but for an ability to build trust, resolve complex client concerns, and consistently exceed performance benchmarks.
Over the course of seven years, I became adept at managing high volume service environments, handling up to 22 repair orders per day while navigating dealership systems including PBS, CDK 180, Reynolds & Reynolds, and DIS. As an OMVIC-licensed professional, I operated at the intersection of regulatory compliance and elevated client experience. These skills, refined through fast-paced dealership cultures, now inform my strategic leadership at FAM’s Beauty Hub Inc., where precision, adaptability, and intuitive service design are at the core of every offering.
My approach to beauty and business is holistic, informed by certifications in life and health coaching, personal training, and group instruction.
