Our Story
LFIT Wellness Centre & Spa originated in 2015 offering 9 types of health and wellness services, Healthy Meal Prep Services, Fresh-pressed Juices, remedial exercise/Rehabilitation, Health and Wellness Workshops and more. Since then we have expanded, including hydrotherapy, spa services/products, anti-aging services and Hyperbath Pro.
